This website is operated by Konsilee Pty Ltd ABN 28 641 319 459. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Konsilee. Konsilee offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. 

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES 
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - ORDER CREATION & CHANGES, CONTRACT AGREEMENT & REFUSAL OF SERVICE

7.1 ORDER CREATION

By submitting an order to Konsilee you agree to the terms of service outlined in this agreement. Order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Only once you have received a shipping confirmation does it mean Konsilee has accepted and entered into a contract with you to fulfil the terms of service outlined in this agreement.

Additionally, by submitting an order to Konsilee, you also permit us, before accepting and processing your order, to perform security checks and, where we feel necessary, require you to prove you are the authorised card/account holder.

Orders placed in our AU store will be charged in AUD. Your banking provider may charge you a conversion fee which is in no way associated with Konsilee. We do not offer refunds for this fee.

7.2 ORDER CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately upon confirmation. By placing an order, the customer confirms they would like the order placed, have reviewed all order details, including products, quantities, personal details and delivery address, and acknowledge that order processing begins immediately.

Konsilee will endeavour to accommodate cancellation, modification or address update requests where operationally possible, however we cannot guarantee that any such request will be actioned prior to dispatch. Due to a high volume of enquiries and orders, requests may not be actioned before dispatch, even where submitted shortly after placing an order. Customer enquiries are handled in chronological order, and it is not guaranteed that customer service staff will see or action a request before warehouse staff pack and dispatch the order.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be recalled, changed or cancelled. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that, in these circumstances, their sole option is to return the goods in accordance with Konsilee’s Change of Mind Returns Policy once delivered. Konsilee will not be liable for any return shipping costs in these circumstances.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided and cannot be updated prior to dispatch, Konsilee is not responsible for any misdelivered or lost parcels. In such cases, the customer must contact the courier directly to arrange redirection and cover any applicable courier fees. 

To the extent permitted by law, Konsilee is not liable for any loss, cost or inconvenience arising from a customer placing an order and subsequently requesting cancellation, modification or address changes, including where such requests could not be actioned prior to dispatch.

7.3 ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION BY KONSILEE

Konsilee is not required to supply the products within an order until the order has been accepted and a contract of agreement has been formed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Stock is unavailable
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • An ineligible promotion has been applied

If an order is cancelled and refunded for any of the above reasons, or for any other reason at our discretion, we cannot guarantee future access to the same stock.

SECTION 8 - PRE-ORDERS

Some items on our website may be displayed as a “pre-order” item. This means the product is not yet available for immediate dispatch but can be purchased in advance to secure your order. The item will be shipped once the stock has arrived and become available.

For pre-order items, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly displayed when adding the item to your cart. Your order confirmation will also outline these details. Once dispatched, your order will ship via the method selected at checkout. If you are unsure whether your order includes a pre-order item, please contact us at info@konsilee.com.

Please note, in-stock items purchased in the same order as pre-order items will not be shipped separately. Your order will be dispatched in full once the pre-order stock has arrived. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order. All estimated dispatch dates provided for pre-orders are indicative only and may be subject to change.

SECTION 9 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold, which will be displayed at checkout. Please note this refers to the total order value paid. If a discount code reduces your order below this threshold, free shipping will not apply.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 4 business days, excluding national/public holidays. Orders placed during holidays, launches, pre-orders or sale periods may take slightly longer to process due to higher order volumes.

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times provided here, we cannot guarantee your order will always arrive within these timeframes. Delays can occur with our courier partners or through customs clearance. Konsilee will not be responsible for any losses due to delayed delivery. If you are planning to travel, please allow sufficient time for your delivery.

Our couriers may contact you by email or phone regarding your delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays if you are uncontactable. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or inability to reach you, return shipping fees will be deducted from your order value.

SECTION 9.1 - MISSING DELIVERIES

To ensure your order reaches you safely, please nominate a secure delivery location and double-check your mailing address before placing your order. All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave — if you won't be home, we recommend using a parcel locker or PO Box for the safe delivery of your order, or nominating a mailing address that you will be present at, to accept the delivery.

Once an order is submitted, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to your personal or delivery details. Please kindly note that Konsilee is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout, or for parcels lost or stolen after delivery. Any redirection fees incurred due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Konsilee does not accept responsibility for parcels handed over to freight forwarding services. If you choose to use a freight forwarder, it will be at your own risk. The customer will also be responsible for all return shipping fees to our warehouse when using this type of service.

SECTION 9.2 - MISSING ITEMS FROM DELIVERIES

If you receive your order and notice an item is missing, please take clear photos of the packaging, along with the items you received, and contact us at info@konsilee.com within 7 days of delivery. All orders are scanned and weighed for accuracy, and our warehouse pick-and-pack process is monitored by camera surveillance for verification. Refunds or replacements will not be issued if our evidence confirms all items were fulfilled.

SECTION 9.3 - DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos immediately and send them to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Please take care when opening parcels, as damage caused by sharp objects or improper handling is not the responsibility of Konsilee.

SECTION 10 – DUTIES & TAXES

Orders delivered outside of Australia may be subject to customs clearance procedures, duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Konsilee does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate the cost, as they vary widely by country.

Duties are charged based on the full value of your parcel. Discount codes, store credits and gift cards are not considered in this calculation.

It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing an order.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are required for import by the relevant government authority. Konsilee does not collect or handle these fees.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, and your parcel is returned to sender, you will be liable for all shipping costs, including the original and return shipping fees. This cost will be deducted from your refund. Konsilee is not responsible for this return cost.

Please note, customs duties and taxes will also apply to exchange orders.

SECTION 11 - CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery and received back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items are in an unused, saleable condition, and in original packaging
  • Protective plastic film (where applicable) must not be removed or reapplied. 
  • Item must be returned in a cardboard mailing box – returns in soft satchels will not be accepted, as these can cause damage to items in transit.
  • Beauty products (e.g. facial or body scrubbers) are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Discount codes are equally applied to each item in your order and are non refundable.

Konsilee reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements. If this occurs, you may choose to have the items sent back to you, provided you supply a prepaid shipping label.


SECTION 11.1 - REFUNDS

Customers are eligible for a refund for change-of-mind returns. An administration fee is applicable on all returns. 

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method used. Discount codes & Loyalty discount rewards are forfeited on refunds and cannot be reissued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

SECTION 11.2 - STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS

All change-of-mind returns processed as store credit will incur an administration fee. Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Store credits and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any discount codes or loyalty rewards used on the original order will be forfeited when a return is processed for store credit and cannot be reinstated.

SECTION 11.3 - FINAL SALE

If an item is listed as final sale on our site, this means your item is not eligible for any sort of return which includes refund, exchange or store credit.

SECTION 12 – FAULTY ITEM CLAIMS

At Konsilee, we take pride in creating high-quality and durable products. On the rare occasion that you receive an item that appears to be faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@konsilee.com. To help us process your claim, you will be required to provide clear photos of the fault for assessment by our product team. You may also be asked to return the item to us or provide additional information to support your claim. Please do not use, install, or dispose of the item until your faulty claim has been fully assessed and finalised.

If our assessment confirms a manufacturing fault, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the item in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If, however, our assessment determines that the item is not faulty but is of unacceptable quality due to any of the following reasons, Konsilee will not be responsible for providing a replacement or compensation:

  • General wear and tear

  • Misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care and/or installation instructions 

  • Use on an incompatible surface

SECTION 12.1 - SURFACE COMPATIBILITY AND PRODUCT PERFORMANCE.

Konsilee products are designed for use on completely flat, shiny surfaces only — such as shiny tiles, glass or mirrors. They are not compatible for use on matte, textured or uneven surfaces, including, but not limited to: matte or textured tiles (including micro-texture), use over grout lines, undulated tiles, painted or porous surfaces, grouted or uneven areas, rough render, sealed or unsealed timber, wallpaper, leather, plasterboard/drywall, or any surface that is not completely shiny and flat.

Surface compatibility information is provided on our product pages, product packaging, and our dedicated Surface Compatibility Guide. Customers are required to review this information prior to installation. Konsilee explicitly instructs customers to not install its products on incompatible surfaces — this is a condition of use, not a recommendation.

Konsilee does not accept responsibility for product failure arising from not using our products in accordance with our instructions, such as installing the products on incompatible surfaces. Use on incompatible surfaces can lead to the products failing, and/or damage to the adhesive and/or surface the product was applied to. Konsilee accepts no liability for any damage to surfaces, property, or injury to persons arising from the use of our products on incompatible surfaces. In situations where items have been installed on an incompatible surface, product warranty is voided and claims for refunds, replacements, or warranty coverage will be denied. Our team is more than happy to assist you with reapplication instructions, where you may reapply the products onto a compatible surface.

SECTION 13 - PRODUCT COLOUR

While we have made every effort to accurately represent the colours of our products on the website, variations may occur depending on your monitor settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact accuracy of your monitor's display for any colour.

SECTION 14 – PRICE MATCHING

Konsilee is not required to offer price matching for items listed on our own website. If a customer purchases an item that later goes on sale, we do not provide refunds or adjustments to match the discounted price. This also applies where the same product is offered at different prices based on colour or variation. Furthermore, we do not retrospectively apply discount codes to orders, however, we welcome customers to use discount codes on a future order instead.

In some cases, we may choose to offer a voucher for the price difference (limited to one item per customer). To be eligible for consideration, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 72 hours of the item going on sale.

  • The item must be in stock, identical in colour, size and features, and available online in the same store relevant to your location.

  • Prices must be listed in the same currency, without requiring a currency converter.

SECTION 15 – GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Konsilee may offer a free gift with qualifying purchases. These promotions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Free gifts are available only while stocks last and cannot be substituted or exchanged.

  • If you return any item(s) from your order that made you eligible for the gift, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • Free gifts are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit on their own.

  • Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

SECTION 16 – SOCIAL MEDIA & USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

By tagging @konsilee on social media platforms, you acknowledge and agree that your content may be used by Konsilee across our social media channels, emails/SMS communications, advertising materials, and on our website. You also grant us permission to use your name or social media handle in association with this content for identification purposes.

By posting and tagging Konsilee, you consent to the following:

  • Your content and social media handle may be featured on our social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and our website.

  • You comply with the terms and conditions of the social media platform you post on.

  • You own all rights to your content and have obtained consent from any other individuals appearing in the content.

  • Konsilee may edit, adapt or modify your content without notice.

  • Konsilee will not be liable for any claims or demands made by a third party in relation to our use of your content.

  • You grant Konsilee full permission to use this content without any obligation to pay fees, royalties, or compensation of any kind.

SECTION 17 – REVIEWS

By submitting a review on our website or any other platform, you acknowledge and agree that Konsilee may use your review, in whole or in part, across our social media channels, website, email/SMS communications, and advertising materials. Reviews that include customer-uploaded photos may also be displayed alongside your written content. You grant Konsilee full permission to use this material without any compensation, and consent to your first name and/or social media handle being used in association with your review for identification purposes.

By posting a review, you consent to the following:

  • Your review, including any accompanying photos, may be featured on our website, social media platforms, and in advertising campaigns.

  • You comply with the terms and conditions of the platform on which your review is posted.

  • You have obtained consent from any other individuals featured or mentioned.

  • Konsilee may edit, adapt or shorten your review for clarity or formatting, without altering its meaning.

  • Konsilee will not be liable for any claims or demands made by a third party in relation to our use of your review.

SECTION 18 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 19 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

SECTION 20 - MOBILE MESSAGING SERVICE

The Konsilee mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Konsilee Pty Ltd ABN 28 641 319 459 (“Konsilee”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Konsilee’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Konsilee through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Konsilee. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to KONSILEE or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Konsilee mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

 SECTION 21 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. 

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

SECTION 22 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

SECTION 23 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 24 - PROHIBITED USES

  • Promoter
    The promoter of this giveaway (“Promotion”) is Konsilee Pty Ltd (ABN 28 641 319 459) of Australia.

  • Eligibility: This Promotion is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, and the United States aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of Konsilee, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

  • Promotion Period: Entries open on 1 October 2025 and close on 10 October 2025 at 11:59PM AEST (“Promotion Period”).

  • How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the official Konsilee Giveaway Form by submitting their first name, last name, email address, and phone number during the Promotion Period.
    - Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
    - No purchase is required to enter.
    - Entries that are incomplete or contain false information will be deemed invalid.
